This was a best a Telegraph and Guardian best buy and I'm pleased I followed their recomendation. However, it has taken some getting used to. At first, I kept to the lowest speed setting as anything faster gave a very unpleasant sensation when the brushe's plastic housing inadvertanly catches the teeth. Not unlike the sensation of the dentist drill!! However, I do now use the midway speed setting without too much trouble. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to the fastest speed setting! The best aspect of this toothbrush though is the long battery life. Such a pain having to recharge the previous brushes every few days. Recomended.
