I bought my initial supplies a couple of years ago. The product has been reliable and the toothpaste has certainly whitened my teeth from where they were. The toothpaste is quite expensive so I just use it once a day and then use a standard toothpaste on in the morning. The service for replacement heads and toothpaste has been fine.
