I can’t actually praise this company enough. After about 17 months or so of use, my toothbrush started to have problems. I contacted Spotlight Oral and they immediately apologised and sent me a new toothbrush. I love their toothbrush and whitener and I’m glad the issue was resolved so efficiently. This is what customer service should be like! Thank you!
