Button has been stuck for 2 years, requiring a hammer every 3 weeks or so to release. Attempt
To address with customer service gave rise to a request to send a video which bounced immediately and repeatedly.
Also do not purchase if you ever intend
to use outside the UK. 28€ shipping for brush heads. Altogether, with cost of brush heads themselves, the price of a new tooth brush. Would have never bought knowing what I now know and will not buy again.
