I bought the Sonic Pro in November '24 and have been happy wih it until recently when it has started to work erratically, despite being recharged regularly. I am also disappointed that the discount code offered was not applied when I purchased replacement heads recently. I sent an email about this but had no response at all. I had expected a better product and customer service.
