I have had the same experience as others on here. I have just been fed a lot of lies from this company, through chat/email of course.
I have cancelled my order after 3 weeks. They clearly cannot fulfil my order - but the item is still listed on their website as ‘in stock’.
If I get any more stress from this company with refunds etc, I will be heading for Trading Standards. This company should not be allowed to continue to trade in their current fashion.
