Similar issues as everyone else by the look of it. I placed an order as far back as the 10/06/23, with a promise of 3-5 working day turnaround. Its been 3.5 months (102 days / 74 working days) and they still have not delivered all items. During this time I have had to send 23 emails, 9 of which I requested to make a complaint and I have not once had a manager call to attempt to listen or discuss my complaint. Currently out of pocket, out of time and having to report to Trading Standards. A complete and utter shambles of a company.
