Just like everyone else on here, but the problem is, these reviews don’t show on their website when you order. My first order, payment went through but I got an email stating there was an issue at their end payment gateway so the order had been cancelled and I needed to start again. So wish I’d walked away at that point. It gave them the opportunity to use Easter as an excuse for a longer time frame and once the payment goes through, they are not interested. They give you a vague timeframe much longer than the 3-5 days stated on their website when you order. They don’t answer the phone and you just send one despairing email after another (I do believe these emails are read seeing as their Facebook page has been taken down the day after I highlighted the bad comments on there) I have found the basin unit through another company now who had already delivered the matching cabinet (wish I’d phoned them to begin with as item we required just wasn’t on their website but they are able to get it) So I am demanding a refund now but not confident anyone gets refunds. Taken it up with the credit card company. Never had an experience like this. Will be more vigilant at seeking out reviews in future as none of this is available on their website. They are crooks. Stay away.
