Absolutely appalling sales tactics and treats their suppliers terribly.
If you are a wedding Venue please take my advice and never sign up to a free trial or for a yearly advertising contract - it will be a waste of time and money and they will try to trap you into contract you do jot want and threaten you with legal action if you challenge it- instead of working with suppliers and making sure they are happy they just extract your money and move on to the next unsuspecting venue.
