The whole process is good.
The only problem was when I asked to have my item delivered, and the lady acted as though I would refuse to pay the delivery fee on time. I found this strange since I trust you to pay alot of money upfront but I was treated with suspicion in regards to a 400 kenya shillings delivery fee.
