My first time ordering. Nothing but lies. Promised 3 separate delivery dates - nothing. Then asked for refund or delivery. Given a fake delivery tracking for someone else's order. Finally, fed up asked for full refund. Told I was fully refunded via the bank and would receive my receipt later. 5 days on, no refund, no receipt and an email to say they can't refund me because they need to do it via IBAN and need my details, but if I'd paid by card, they would have been able to refund straight away. This was crap as I paid by card, not transfer. Nothing but a nightmare. Now, having to get next stage of escalation involved via fraud teams... I've held off and held off posting but I really feel people should be warned now. And more cautious. Pay by card if you must - atleast it will give you added protection.
