This service was very useful for helping me get my visa to continue my studies in the UK during this chaotic COVID-19 period. They provided very helpful advice, were polite when answering the many questions I had and were very efficient in getting tasks done. I would recommend that they improve on their response time, although I understand that the delay was because of the many clients they had to respond to. Overall, I’m pleased with this service and I believe they adapted well to the Covid 19 pandemic.
