Mrs Anisa Ejaz took over my case when my caseworker was off sick. I was worried about the delay as I now had a new caseworker but she reassured me and worked on my matter efficiently. She told me about the additional documents I would need to strengthen my case and even when things didn’t make sense the cover letter she provided to me explained all. I am so happy to be able to live here with my husband.
