The solicitor that was assigned to our case wasn't the easiest to have ongoing communication with and we only found out at the last moment that he had left the practice in the final vitally important days of uploading compliance.
The end justified the means and we ultimately had a successful outcome.
I will probably utilise the law firms services again as the legalese used in the application holds more authority with their backing.
