Solicitor (Alanta Trubochinaite) was friendly, helpful and professional in all correspondence. She answered all my and my partner's questions in a timely manner and politely guided us through the submission process for a partner visa. She sent drafts of the application and its accompanying letters which required minor edits, but were quickly fixed (though for the fee paid to the firm I was surprised at having to address these simple details). Solicitor's efforts resulted in an approved visa application and would recommend!
