Well, haven’t got the item I ordered yet so I can’t comment on its quality and reliability. However after ordering it after 4pm on Thursday afternoon I got an e mail off the delivery courier on Friday morning to say the item would be delivered, on Friday, and they would let me know the delivery window time before 11.00 am. Oh, I thought, ok, great, record quick time ! So, 11.30 came round, no txt from the courier and no parcel, so I rang UK Planet to find out what was going on. I got through to a really nice helpful chap called Brian who explained that the message from the courier was incorrect, my parcel wasn’t coming on Friday so I could go out, yippee ! No waiting in for a parcel that wasn’t coming. He then informed me that as they don’t deliver on a Saturday that my stuff would come on Monday. That’s ok, I’m not waiting to use it. His attention to detail and his regard for solving the issue were 1st class and he was really helpful. It’s given me an insight into the kind of service I can expect in the future in the event that I ever have an issue with a purchase. So, I only hope my stuff comes on Monday and that it’s ok ! Perhaps doing a review now is tempting fate ! Still, I can only speak as I find and my first contact with the company was a pleasant and positive one, so thanks Brian, you’re a top man !
