I bought a heater of you the nozzle for the gas hose was sticking out of the side of the box the bracket on the back of the fire for the mount wasn't also poking through the box holes had been on purpose the were cut holes no packaging inside the box to protect fire no mount in the box which was part of the deal ignition does not work and if do get it lit in runs approx 1minute and then goes out useless would not recommend it to any one now out of pocket and still no heater
