I was surprised at how effective this hedge trimmer was for the price. It’s coped well with our Laurel and Privett with no problems at all. Much simpler and easier than my old petrol hedge trimmer which was always a pain to start. I’ve run it on a 3ah and 4ah battery and get good run time on it. If you’ve already got Makita batteries I’d recommend this trimmer as a very affordable good quality trimmer for the garden.
UK Planet were also very good with best price I could find online, quick delivery and a free tape measure.
