Ladders were delivered with packaging damage and with parts missing for the stabilisation bar. Contacted the customer service team to ask if they could replace the missing parts after waiting over two weeks for a reply I contacted them again. After emailing and ringing them Replacements were promised but the delivery date has been and gone with nothing received. I rang again on Friday 5th Aug to be told the replacements had been delayed but another set would be sent by Brian after he had checked for stock and he would call me back Immediately, He didn't.
