Sent the wrong item, even though I called to notify them that the order invoice they sent was wrong. I then called them to let them know I received the wrong item and they said the correct item would be sent out...it never arrived. I have notified PayPal and this has subsequently been escalated. Uk planet tools haven't replied to any of the correspondance from PayPal.
