Firstly I was charged £24 to Northern Ireland for a 3kg delivery which cost more than my item, this was refunded, my partner was charged the same at Christmas for an electric screwdriver, your system seems to recognise as Ireland and not Northern Ireland UK, Royal Mail advised charge should be no more than £7, you really need to fix this, I’m sure you loose a lot of business for this reason.
