They advertised a product that doesn't exist but took my money anyway. They then took nearly 3 weeks to refund me which stinks. Is this a company that has cashflow problems? That might be why my refund was delayed, to help their own cashflow. I was at first told that as an apology I would receive a discount on any future purchase but no discount was ever forthcoming. I was then told that the Managing Director would let me know how the company would make it up to me. Guess what? Never heard a thing from them after that. Is this a company full of incompetents, cowboys, or people making a string of genuine but unfortunate mistakes? I think I know the answer. The service culture in this country is rotten to the core and in the centre of that core are companies like this. My advice is to avoid UKPlanetTools like the plague. Tools indeed...
