I bought a small Patio Heater from Planet tools. I didn’t use it that much, but after a year it stopped working. I contacted PT seeking a repair or replacement. They stalled & stalled, using the fact that I was a week over the year guarantee. In the end, I had to threaten bad publicity & Govt Ombudsman to get a proper response. It was Amazon who saved the day, giving me a full refund.
