My Tough Master telescopic ladder arrived after two days. It should have been the day after I ordered it, but I appreciate that the “Virus” has changed things and the extra day is no big deal. When it arrived I noticed that the box had a hole torn into it and on inspection found that the stability bar had a thin dent from top to bottom and was slightly bent. Managed to fit it into the bottom of the ladder and bolt in on. It’s not aesthetically perfect but it’s a ladder not a Lotus. It feels stable when using it and importantly I feel safe. The locking mechanisms seem solid and it’s easy to put up and take down, plus, the rubber spacers mean no trapped fingers. All in all a decent ladder but might be a good idea to take more care of the product you’re selling/delivering.
