Order wasn’t dispatched with next day delivery despite paying over £10 for it. When contacting customer services they told me they would recall the delivery and get another sent out for next day delivery and they would refund my delivery cost. Excellent, thank you for that. Next day, waited in again all day and goods still didn’t arrive. Had to wait until the following day to contact customer services, who told me they would look into it and get back to me. No telephone call arrived, I called them numerous times that day and the gentleman dealing with it to no avail. I received my order 2 days later and guess what... I’m still waiting for my refund for the delivery cost! Poor!
