Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the proces. I was really impressed with their honest opinion. Due to remote location I was quoted higher by most of service provider. When I called this company, I was advised the possible option where I can save money; even the customer advisor sugguest me with other provider which apparantly their comptetitor!! As I tried to sort out all documents in advance and I have few weeks to submit the application. I was told that if I can wait for couple of days, they can offer me a cheaper rate. Surprisingly they contact me just after 2 days and they gave an appointment within 3 days. I am really really impressed when they send the report same day. The surveyor visited my proeprty afternoon around 2 pm and I received the report at 8 pm. I can’t thank you enough. Thanks again for helping me.
