Having placed an order for a hoverboard and kart I was the advised one my order that the kart was on back order. If I had known this prior to hitting but I would have gone elsewhere. Anyhow had the hoverboard which came a few days later, brilliant. The bit all went down hill from there. The hoverboard stopped working and there was a loose part within the body so sent it back for repair after having several conversations. It’s been over 3 weeks and still no hoverboard after chasing several times. I have asked to speak to a manager to be told my call would get escalated. Customer services told me that my delivery was taking place in Friday (12th August) but I received no notification from dpd so chased this up. I was told that the courier has reached max capacity and a driver short so my delivery would be prioritised to Saturday, nothing. Customer service is appalling with zero communication. I have an extremely upset 9 year old.
