Hi I done a lot of research and looking around as there were so many horror stories about the Segway. Anyway, I was recommended this website from a friend that purchased at Christmas and very please with the service, delivery and of course my daughter loves the Segway. It gave my great piece of mind buying from UK Segboards as I knew everything had been tested to correct standards. Well worth a visit.
