Was slightly concerned to begin with as i had never heard of UK Segboards before but my little boy was adamant the one he wanted was on this Site. Placed the order few weeks ago, even though there was a slight misunderstanding with when to expect delivery when calling in i was assured i would receive the board and the accessories by the 16th of December. Received a call on Wednesday to say board and accessories have been dispatched and expect to receive them by Friday (Today). As promised got the items this morning and seem to be of great quality. I am sure the little man will be over the moon on Christmas day. To sum it all up was a little anxious as it was so close to Christmas but understand sometimes things do not go as expected but what a company does to put the issue right goes a long way.. Thanks Guys
