I paid 9.99 for express delivery and arrived 9 days later. Despite phone calls, emails, live chats and Facebook messages I have still not heard back from the so called 'finance team' about a refund of delivery cost. Ignoring customers unless they are placing an order. I have sought advice from CAB and will be contacting trading standards.
