Hi,
Was not impressed with the service at all, wrote an email straight after we received the segway board but got a very sharp reply back that nothing can be done, problem was not with a board itself which works ok the problem was with the bag for segway board which came damaged, I supplied photos and asked for replacement but I was told basically to stay with the damaged bag as they couldn't supply a new.
