This was a bday gift and I was sadly disappointed to receive the Segway with the body work damaged in a few places. Tried to sort with the company via email, but because my daughter didn’t open it for a few weeks after buying it, it was to late for the company to help me, but on a more positive note my daughter absolutely loves it.
