I ordered my daughter a hoverboard with Go Kart attachment for her main Christmas present on black Friday. On the 23rd Dec I opened the go kart attachment to put together for my daughter opening on Christmas day, to discover that the go kart sections were all damaged with scratches and scuffs to all 4 sections of the to go kart, which needed to be fitted together. I emailed right away and got an automated response. My query was simply could she use the go kart and I either return after Christmas or I was willing to accept a partial refund recognising that it was very close to 25th dec and I wasn't going to realistically receive a new go kart in time for the big day. I sent pictures and have sent 2 further emails on 28th dec 18 and 3rd jan 2019 and still not had no response. My daughter was disappointed that she has been unable to use what was her main present due to a sheer lack of communication. I have not even had a smiple use the go kart as we will provide a partial refund or do not use the go kart otherwise we cannot replace. I have tried to ring and emailed 3 times now for a simple response, as to what I am to do and to no avail. Aftersales is none existent. This is terrible customer service especially when they have sent me automated responses saying they are open on the days I have emailed. JOKE!!!
