I was very impressed with the level of service received by this company. I bought a Segway bundle for my grandson who is absolutely over the moon with it. I ordered on line which said next day delivery. Received a phone call next day to say it was out of stock did I wish to change my order or did I want to wait for them to arrive on 4th December. I asked if they were guaranteeing delivery on 4th they said yes definitely. True to there word they received it on the 4th I received it on the 5th. Still had a small issue with the seat which was rectified immediately. Would highly recommend this company whose service in my opinion was second to non. I will definitely be buying my Grandson a bigger version in a couple years from here. Would not consider buying from anywhere else. Oh and by the way the price was good too.
