Great company. We purchased a Segboard and kart last year, great service then. Unfortunately, recently the front wheel on the kart had completely worn and the straps that attach it to the board needed replacing. I contacted them and without any fuss or hesitation the spare parts where sent. I provided a few photos so they could see the problem. Super customer service, would certainly recommend and also use again. Thank you.
