A company can always be judged on how it deals with issues. This one sent me the wrong colour item - a simple error and not in itself a big deal, but the best thing was how it comprehensively dealt with me reporting this to them - impeccable customer service and speed of response, I'd definitely buy from them again. Five stars from me.
