We had an excellent experience with this company. Do be cautious with other suppliers as there are many dodgy websites selling swegway-type products - we have several friends who have been ripped off. Purchased before Christmas 2018 with queries answered by email and swift delivery. Unfortunately we “broke” the workings of the board on Christmas Day (by doing something stupid.) The company was able to give us clear instructions to fix it by email and we haven’t had a further problem in 8 months of use. Highly recommend the go-kart add-on, which my kids and all their friends absolutely love!
