Being new to segways I contacted the company for advice on a model and which package is the best for my 10 year old. He loves his birthday gift and tries hard to keep the rest of the family from playing on it too. Delivery by courier who provided a 1 hour slot in advance. Go-cart kit easy to build with some extra instructional help from youtube. Very happy with the product and the service received.
