Live chat is done by a bot. Not helpful. Couldn’t help me by changing my order from bitcoin to bank transfer. I tried so many times but bot not helpful. My email address is blocked for a random reason by their admin customer service and bot just keeps telling me to contact the customer service. Poor customer service. A shame because I used to order from this company all the time and it used to be legit
