“They used to provide proper generics years ago, but sadly that has not been the case for a long time. They sent me zolpidem, there is not one generic that has never not worked on me. These were chalky, not even a pill. And they did absolutely nothing to me! I upped the dose, then upped it again and nothing. They told me perhaps I should go and see a GP...isnt that the whole point of their website. I spent 113 pound on this order and of course they wont refund, and they wont send another generic. It's shocking but it's been like this for a few years now. They are scammers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.”

“Very unreliable. After many years of using them the last two orders were “dispatched” but I never received them. They said they would send 50% of order again as a replacement. They deliberately don’t send using a tracking service of Royal Mail so they can do this scam, the postage you pay is enough to cover tracking. Avoid.”
“Live chat is done by a bot. Not helpful. Couldn’t help me by changing my order from bitcoin to bank transfer. I tried so many times but bot not helpful. My email address is blocked for a random reason by their admin customer service and bot just keeps telling me to contact the customer service. Poor customer service. A shame because I used to order from this company all the time and it used to be legit”
“false promises placed order nearly 2 months ago unfortunately royal mail has lost parcel so they offer me half my order which i accept better than getting nothing this was over 3 weeks ago and its still waiting for dispatch approval its feels like there just putting it of till i just give up on it, i feel let down as i a regular customer.”
