Very unreliable. After many years of using them the last two orders were “dispatched” but I never received them. They said they would send 50% of order again as a replacement. They deliberately don’t send using a tracking service of Royal Mail so they can do this scam, the postage you pay is enough to cover tracking. Avoid.
