Ordered a bespoke item with number on it - received order but the number was wrong. After an initial reply, they then ignored all correspondence, then weeks later said they would refund me. Two weeks on and still no refund so I've had no option but to escalate with Paypal.
Product arrived incorrect and in any way was so badly done I think I could have done better myself, whoever lined it up must have been drunk it was that poorly positioned.
You would laugh at how badly it was done, makes Wish look professional.
