From December I am still waiting in refund as was advised it was processed. They sent a last season football strip instead of training top charged £47. Just about to report the matter back to my Credit card as they will raise this with the company I am advised today. Given all the terrible reviews they have I think trading standards need to get involved!
Also you cannot call this company.
