I ordered a football shirt on 2nd January 2023 and it finally arrived today, 26th January. The company only contacted me when I took action on them through PayPal. They ignored emails, their voicemail on their landline was full and would not take any messages. The tracking using their own website was useless. I will never use this company again.
Keep your customers informed at every stage
Answer queries within 24 hours
Ensure your voicemail isn’t full so that people can actually leave a message. Better still, answer the phone!
