When they failed to deliver £80 item. Refused to respond to emails we escalated through PayPal, who closed the case as proof of delivery was provided by them. However the "proof" related to an empty envelope sent via recorded delivery in order to get a PoD. Case now with PayPal fraud department. Criminal action by this seller. Avoid like the plague.
