As bad as it can get, no product and no refund.
Placed an order, didn't receive any package or updates for months. I inquired, and was told that package was sent but there was no record of that or tracking number. I kept inquiring and they told me they would refund the purchase, I just had to submit a request on Paypal. I did that, and they never accepted it and have been ignoring my emails since.
