Awful customer service. Ordered a product 3 weeks in advance and was told 3-5 day delivery. It didn't arrive after two weeks so I called and phone line does not connect ever (tried 10 times) Emailed and Biju repied that my product would arrive on time. It didn't and now they have ignored all my emails asking for a refund of postage for the poor service provided. Even after saying I would post bad reviews if I dint get a reply I still have not had a reply. Avoid this shambles if you want something to arrive on time.
