I bought a jersey through a marketplace and had to ship it back to them as it was too big (I paid for the return). Not only did they apparently not receive the products but I had to send many messages and threaten them to finally get a (negative) answer. Appealing customer service overall. I was going to purchase another one in the right size but decided I'd rather just not even buy it anymore.
