Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a personalised football shirt as a going away present for someone. The order was delayed to start with and they didn't phone to let me know. I had an email from them sat in my junk file asking me to confirm whether I actually wanted it personalised before they sent it. No, I just asked for it to be personalised for fun. The question wasn't an issue but they should have phoned so as not to delay sending it for several days. When I eventually saw the email and chased them, I asked them to change the delivery address to the intended recipient's house so it could be delivered directly before he went away. After another 10 days, it still wasn't there and turns out it was delivered to a shop near MY address. BY this point, the chap it was bought for had already left the country so I'm left with a crappy West Ham shirt I don't want. '3-5 working days' = '14 days, sent to the wrong address, and no phone contact to explain what was going on'. I would shop anywhere else but here again.
