I ordered a football shirt from UK soccer shop as a Christmas present for my Grandson. It was faulty (it had hole in the stitching) so I contacted them to see what they could do. I had to chase them again and again just to get a reply. I sent them photos of the fault but again had to chase them. In the end they asked me if the shirt still had the tags which it didn't (it hadn't been worn and we noticed the fault after my grandson first tried the shirt on) but because the tags were missing they refused to offer a replacement or a refund. They were very rude to deal with and very evasive. You cannot contact them easily if you do have a problem you have to open a ticket on their website and in my experience they only reply selectively to these. I even wrote to their head office but never had a reply. I have never received a satisfactory conclusion to my complaint and am left out of pocket with a faulty product and very disappointed grandson. I would avoid buying from this company like the plague. Poor show.
